Membership of the TMA Hong Kong is open to any individual with an interest in corporate turnaround and restructuring and who accepts our terms of membership.

Group membership enables organisations to allocate individual memberships amongst their staff and benefit from our discounted group rates.

Application for membership of the Turnaround Management Association Hong Kong Limited ("TMA Hong Kong")

Group Membership confers individual membership upon the staff members nominated by the company or firm subscribing for group membership, and those individual memberships are transferable between staff members of the organisation, provided the transferee accepts our terms of membership. Membership runs for 12 months from the date the application is accepted.

The authorised contact person confirms that they are authorised to accept and confirm each of the below terms on behalf of each individual member being nominated by the organisation.
I hereby apply to become a member of TMA Hong Kong, and agree to abide by the Memorandum and Articles of Association, and resolutions passed by General Meetings of TMA Hong Kong.
I acknowledge that TMA Hong Kong may adopt a Code of Ethics ("TMA Code of Ethics") which is based on the Code of Ethics of TMA Australia, and represent that I will subscribe to the TMA Code of Ethics as a condition of my ongoing membership of TMA Hong Kong.
I have not been suspended or refused membership by any professional or business association within the last 5 years. (If you cannot agree with this statement, your application or renewal will be presented to the TMA Board, which will decide whether to grant or renew your membership.)
I agree that TMA Hong Kong may use my personal details provided as part of the membership process for the purpose of marketing TMA events, seminars, education programmes, and other activities of TMA. I further agree that TMA Hong Kong may share my personal information with TMA Global and other chapters of TMA for these purposes and for the purpose of coordinating international TMA events and activities.
I consent to my contact details being included in the TMA HK and/or TMA Global online directory of members.
The authorised contact person understands that this group membership renews automatically each year at the then-current rate, and may be cancelled at any time before the renewal date by emailing [email protected] or through the billing portal linked in the receipt. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current membership year.
