I hereby apply to become a member of TMA Hong Kong, and agree to abide by the Memorandumand Articles of Association , and resolutions passed by General Meetings of TMAHong Kong.
I acknowledge that TMA Hong Kong may adopt a Code of Ethics ("TMA Code of Ethics") which is based on the Code of Ethics of TMA Australia , and represent that I will subscribe to the TMA Code of Ethics as a condition of my ongoing membership of TMA Hong Kong.
I have not been suspended or refused membership by any professional or business association within the last 5 years. (If youcannot agree with this statement, then your application / renewal will be presented to the TMA Board, which will decide whether to grant / renew your membership.
