Membership of the TMA Hong Kong is open to any individual with an interest in corporate turnaround and restructuring and who accepts our terms of membership.

Membership is on an individual basis and is non-transferable. The membership period is from 1 January to 31 December 2025. Membership is effective immediately upon signing up, but no additional fee is payable in respect of the 2024 year if you sign up before 1 January 2025.

I hereby apply to become a member of TMA Hong Kong, and agree to abide by the Memorandum and Articles of Association, and resolutions passed by General Meetings of TMA Hong Kong.
I acknowledge that TMA Hong Kong may adopt a Code of Ethics ("TMA Code of Ethics") which is based on the Code of Ethics of TMA Australia, and represent that I will subscribe to the TMA Hong Kong Code of Ethics as a condition of my ongoing membership of TMA Hong Kong.
I have not been suspended or refused membership by any professional or business association within the last 5 years. (If you cannot agree with this statement, then your application / renewal will be presented to the TMA Board, which will decide whether to grant / renew your membership.)
